This is a half day tour, from 10 - 3, immersing yourself in this beautiful heritage town Falkland. Beneath the Lomond Hills is the Stuart Monarchy's C15/C16 home, Falkland Palace. You may also recognise the town as 1940s Inverness in Starz's TV series Outlander.
Wander through the town along cobbled streets, inside the Palace grounds or through woodlands. Pillars of Hercules, on the other side of the estate, is hugely popular for their homemade soups, daily specials and cakes. Or keep it simple and have a light bite in the town centre.
We'll finish at our Bijou Gallery, where you can see work by local artists, inspired by this stunning landscape.
We will collect guests at their hotel or bed and breakfast in St Andrews.
You choice of where to eat in Falkland, so meals are not included in the price.
We offer an intimate experience, only taking 1 - 6 guests per trip.
Given small numbers, and the fact that we have to turn other guests way to maintain the quality and authenticity of the tour, we operate a strict cancellation policy.
